Training is an interesting profession. To become a trainer you need Knowledge, Skill and Attitude – Says everyone. And all Trainer Coaches groom their learners saying “ Practice what you Preach”. But in reality it is very difficult. That too for a trainer who gives training for the development of LEADERSHIP SKILL it will be a terrible time. To quote on some interesting Preaches and Practices

 

You Preach – But the Practice is

 

·         Leaders Take Initiatives – Leaders should Follow the Instructions given by the So called Leaders

·         Leaders should Follow Rules – Rules can be broken, altered, altered as per the convenience of the So Called Leaders

·         Leaders Implement Rules – Leaders Implement the Commands Received

·         Leaders Show Interest in Taking up Leadership – Leaders Show Interest in Interests of the So called Leaders “ You will also be appointed so”

·         Leaders Improvise for betterment of the organization – Leaders Improvise contributions to the so called leaders

·         Leaders should be Themselves – Leaders should Be “Their” self

·         Leader should raise voice – Leader should be tight lipped

·         Leader should be qualified – Leader should be Quantified

·         Leader should be contributor – Leader should be a contaminator

·         Leader should of his own – Leader should be under somebody

·         Leader should be with Insight – Leader should be in SIGHT of the So called Leaders

·         Leader should not leave his Self Esteem – Leader should not have any Self Esteem

·         Leader should have a good Attitude – Leader should not have Attitude

·         Leader should be Learner – Leader should be an Earner

·         Leader should implement systems – Leader should support violation of Systems

·         Leader should be neutral – Leader should be Neutral (Always Say NO COMMENTS or PASS)

·         Leader should be Natural – Leader’s nature will be Dictated

·         Leader should command respect – Leader should respect the commands

·         Leadership is practiced as a Skill – Leadership is Purchased for a Bill

·         Leader should be Real – Leader should Act

·         Leadership is an Achievement – Leadership is an Appointment

·         Leaders should Welcome Change – Leaders Will Talk about Change; Implementation Prohibited;

·         Leadership is a common property to be used by all – Leadership is common property by trespassers will be prosecuted
