THOUGHTS 6 : Design your future!

Mankind has failed to learn how to think. Plato, Socrates and Aristotle came up with our current thought software 2,400 years ago.

We have excelled with mathematics but have done nothing with our ordinary thinking for 2,400 years.

Our achievements in science and technology mean that we are proud and complacent about the rectitude of our thinking. So we have made very little progress in human affairs.

The thought model we use most of the time is to analyse a situation, identify a standard element, then come up with a standard answer.

When Greek thinking came into Europe, at the time of the Renaissance (through the Arabs in Spain), the universities and schools were run by the church. They had no use for perceptual thought because the starting points were not matters of human perception but fixed dogmas. There was no use for creative thinking in religion and they did not need design thinking.

You can analyse the past but the future has to be designed What they did need, however, was thinking that was concerned with truth, logic and argument. They needed this to prove heretics wrong. Therefore this kind of thinking became the standard software for Western thinking.
You can analyse the past but the future has to be designed. While there are people who do provide the 'design' element in society, design has never become as important or as central as analysis. Design is a matter of combining known ingredients to produce value. In one sense, creativity is always involved in design. There is something new which delivers value. That is the essence of creativity. But the design can be logical at the same time.

For instance, applying current computer technology to home shopping might be a new design, but the combination of the elements may be completely logical. Architecture design is usually perfectly logical despite the overall idea being new. In some ways design is opposed to routine.

Creativity might feature in providing a new objective or overall concept. You might reach the objective in a logical way. Alternatively, the overall concept or objective might be logical, but require some new thinking and creativity to be achieved.

There isn't much point in separating logical and creative approaches. Logic and creativity are both parts of thinking and you need to exercise both. Also, in hindsight, any valuable creative idea will seem logical - that is the nature of asymmetric patterning systems. But because something is logical in hindsight, it doesn't mean that the idea could have been reached by logic to begin with.

There is always some risk with design. If a design is new, you can't be certain that it will work out and deliver the desired value. Judgment and routine behavior is low risk so it is the preferred method of thought.

That's not a problem so long as the importance of design is acknowledged. It is even more important to recognize the situations where design is demanded because the routine approaches have failed.

The basic difference between judgment and design must be recognized, as must the importance of design. Design skill and creativity need to be developed, then the human race can increase the scope and power of its thinking.

These are excerpts from my thinking teacher "Edward De Bono". I trust, thinking should be added as a part of our education. Thinking can be developed as skill.

THOUGHTS : 5 Deadly Blunders in Sales

This article is because of two important elements. One is our organization JCI. Being associated  with this organization, I have scaled up self and business to multi-folds. The second element is “Information Sharing”. Yes, not the knowledge.

We (as a team of trainers) conduct training programmes and provide strategic consultancy to SME's of this region (Kongu belt). This article is out of our experience and learning. We have observed the biggest sales management blunders in these organizations and we share how it can be avoided.

1.Mixing Recognition with Coaching : One common sales management blunder is to congratulate the  sales force for a job well done and quickly move to areas of improvement. This tactic can often  be interpreted by sales staff as a lack of appreciation.

A best practice is to separate the recognition from the coaching. Save the performance  improvement areas for coaching sessions. Set up separate recognition of the sales rep success
even if it's a small celebration. It's the little gestures of respect and celebrations of  achievement that gain the hearts and minds of the sales force.

2.No Sales Plan: Another common sales management blunder is not developing a sales plan to help  manage the sales team. A successful sales team requires regular planning tracking, and review to  achieve the targeted results. Every sales rep requires their own action plan to direct day-to- day activities and set up accountabilities.

All sales plans have at least 3 requirements:

Sales Rep Development: Where most plans fail is they are developed by the sales manager not the  sales rep. To ensure a high level of plan acceptance, have the rep develop the plan and guide  them toward the right objectives.

Regular Reporting: Sales plans should be established on a weekly basis to provide flexibility in  the planning cycle. Reviewing can take place on a monthly basis. Sales management excellence  involves reviewing the results against the plan to determine missed opportunities and areas for  improvement.

Sales Metrics: A successful sales plan focuses on results and activities. Establish the proper  sales metrics to drive the business results. Metrics can include: number of client phone calls, number of contacts, appointments set, appointments conducted and sales closed. Do not overwhelm  the sales staff with excessive tracking numbers. Focus on the few measures that matter the most  to the business.

3. No Sales Support: A common sales management blunder is to hire a sales person without  providing them with the level of support required to succeed. Even if the new rep is well-versed  in the industry and a top performer, they will still require help to familiarize themselves with  the company, products, and markets.

Not all sales reps require the same level of support. For many small business owners, a hands- off approach to sales management is not the best strategy. Successful sales management requires  a commitment to sales force training. Regardless of the size of the firm, an investment in sales  training and support can pay big dividends on profitability. Spending the time one-on-one and in  the field with the sales team will not only provide support but convey a sense of the importance  of sales people in the organization.

4. Focus on Control Sales Management: Many new and unsuccessful sales managers will focus on the  traditional sales management by intimidation or control approach. The top sales performers know  they have a valuable skill set and will quickly walk to a competitor if treated poorly. Sales  management is a partnership between the sales rep and the sales manager. Effective sales  management requires sharing in the responsibility to find the problems and bottlenecks in the  sales process. Seek the solution together with the reps. Be a champion for helping them achieve  their agreed results.

5. Lack of Sales Accountability: There will be times when sales reps fail regardless of the  support and training they receive. It is easy to pass off the lack of results to external forces  such as competitors, the economy, or poor marketing. Remember the sales rep was hired to bring  in sales. When support, training, and market potential are available, a lack of results often  means it's the rep's performance.

Who is responsible for the lack of performance? The sales management program. If the small business lacks a clear policy of sales accountability, it remains organisations' responsibility  to implement the process. Creating a culture of sales accountability will not happen overnight. Expect to lose sales staff. Sales reps who have under performed and will not accept personal responsibility for their own results, will leave. This is a good thing. A sales accountability culture only accepts top performers; exactly what the business needs to survive in a competitive  market.

Other big sales management blunders do exist. It is vital to have an honest feedback system in  place. Alan J. Zell, "The Ambassador of Selling" feels "most sales managers do not have a system  of feedback that will allow the staff to have a way to comment back to the sales manager without  the fear of being chastised or being known as a complainer."

Growing a small business is hard work. The sales management function is often overlooked by  small business owners. Spending the necessary time wearing the sales manager hat will help  foster a rewarding culture and build a successful sales team to boost the business to new
levels.

THOUGHTS : The Morning Show

This was a spark which struck me when i was travelling in my two wheeler in my city. I was crossing a signal at around 1.30 in the noon. A cinema house is near that signal. I found a traffic jam from a distance of around 200 meters before the signal. I was wondering about it. That particular signal has wide roads, and the police personnel there are always on duty streamlining the traffic. The when I approached the signal I found that it was the time a MORNING SHOW was over in the cinema house, and the people where coming out.

Everyone is given a hard cash of 86400 SECONDS of time everyday, in short 24 hours or 1440 minutes. A cinema is screened for 2 hours and 30 minutes on an average scale. that is 150 minutes or 9000 seconds. We will take this 9000 seconds as paise. There are around 100 cinema houses in my city Let us take on an average each cinema house has a capacity of 300 people for a show. Every morning show - which is screened in the so called PEAK BUSINESS HOUR [11am to 1.30pm] is holding around 30000 people every day without leaving them to work [someone may ask, it is their wish- but, stimulation is a key factor of one's failure or success].that is between 11am to 1.30 pm in my city alone on an average 30000 X 9000 paise is IDOL. that is 270000000 paise is idol. If it is converted to rupees 27,00,000 [TWENTY SEVEN LAKHS] is IDOL.

Who is to be blamed? Cinema Houses, Cinema Production Houses, Publicity Houses, Viewers?

This is the biggest game plan. If someone is blamed then he is going to point at the other component. Many thinkers give importance for the TEAM DYNAMICS.

Is this a team work successfully accomplishing a mission called "WASTING THE POTENTIALS". ?

PROGRAMS : FIFTY WAYS of becoming an active citizen.

Volunteering

Volunteers are members of the community who freely give-up a few hours of their time every week to help a charity or club in their area in the general activities that they are doing to help them improve civic life.
Here are the first sixteen of the fifty ways in which you can become a more active citizen!
1.      Assist your local Youth Club with activities being organised.
2.      Nominate someone for the JCI Outstanding Young Person competition.
3.      Contact your local school to see if they need assistance running a project.
4.      Pay a visit to a local elderly person and ask is there anything you can do for them.
5.      Join your local resident's association.
6.      Start a Neighbourhood Watch programme.
7.      Visit senior citizens at a nursing home.
8.      Help cook and/or serve a meal at a homeless shelter.
9.      Walk dogs for your local animal shelter.
10.  Volunteer on a helpline.
11.  Teach at an adult literacy centre.
12.  Participate in a marathon for your favourite charity.
13.  Volunteer for a sports club.
14.  Register your details on the Volunteer.ie Website and start volunteering.
15.  Contact your local branch of Meals on Wheels and offer to help.
16.  Join your local Junior Chamber International (JCI) Branch.

Environment

Everyone is not lucky like me and able to live in the Internet so if we don’t start looking after our environment there will be no where for all the little citizens of the future to live. If you want to help our environment and start to become a more active citizen here are some of things you can do:
1.      Donate unwanted clothing and/or toys to a local charity shop.
2.      Get a green and a brown bin and set up a recycling system for your home.
3.      Donate unwanted books to your local library.
4.      Clean up rubbish along a river, beach, or in a park.
5.      Create a habitat for wildlife in your garden.
6.      Start a local group that will plant trees in your locality.
7.      Ask your local Tidy Towns Committee if they need assistance.
8.      Distribute "pooper scoopers" door to door in your area.
9.      Write a letter to your local politician asking them for their environmental policies and suggest some things that they could be doing.
10.  Turn the heating down by one degree in your house.
11.  Wash your clothes at 40 degrees and use environmentally friendly cleaners.
12.  Where possible buy your groceries from local suppliers and farmer's markets.

Civic
If you decide to pledge to do one of the actions from the Civic list it will not be long before you have a greater feeling of belonging in your local region.
From my experience it is hard to match the feeling you have after you have invested some of your precious time in making your area better. Here are some suggestions of things that you can do to help your communtiy.
1. Give up your seat for elderly or disabled people when travelling on public  transport.
2. Write to the Minister for Foreign Affairs about a humanitarian crisis, ask him what Ireland is doing to help and suggest what we could also be doing.
3.  Become active in your local political party.
4.  Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper about an issue you care about.
5. Organise a public issues forum for your community.
6. Vote in all local and national elections.
7. Take a friend to the polling booth to vote who would not vote otherwise.
8. Give blood.
9. Help a blind person cross the road.
10.  Join the Garda reserves / Reserve Defence Force / St John’s ambulance.
11.  Pledge to help Active Alfie!

Community Spirit
Community spirit is the key to a happy and functioning community area. Some would say that if your area has good community spirit everything in that community will run like a well oiled machine. People smile at each other walking down the street and they are happy to do selfless acts for their fellow citizens.
If you want to improve the community spirit in your area here are some of the things that you can do!!!
1.      Clean graffiti off your local community buildings.
2.      Plant flowers in public areas that could use some colour.
3.      Manage one of your local sports teams.
4.      Start a youth club in your area.
5.      Look after a neighbour’s pet while they are on holiday.
6.      Mentor a young person and help give them confidence in themselves.
7.      Help in developing tourism in your locality.
8.      Organise a social event in your area to get to know your neighbour.
9.      Organise a neighbourhood watch.
10.      If you see someone doing something good for the community be sure to thank them for doing some great work.
11.      Smile and have a nice word when you meet people on the street and everyone     will smile back at you.

NEWS : DECEMBER 11th - JCI Active Citizen Day (Previously JCI DAY)

JCI Secretary General Edson A. Kodama announces the new JCI Active Citizen Day to celebrate JCI members’ efforts to create positive change internationally for more than 65 years.

Warm Greetings to all JCI members worldwide!

For more than half a century, members of our organization have spent every December 11 celebrating JCI Day – the anniversary of the day our organization was founded on the international level in 1944.

At the 2010 JCI World Congress in Osaka, the General Assembly approved the change to JCI Active Citizen Day. When Henry Giessenbier founded the first Junior Chamber Organization in 1915, he said his aim was to bring young people together for “everything which would make … a good citizen a better citizen.” He saw that young people needed a constructive approach to civic problems to make a difference – the very essence of Active Citizenship.

With this new name, we will continue to celebrate JCI’s rich history in international cooperation, but also focus on how we can continue creating positive change in the future.

A Look Back
On December 11th, 1944 30 young active citizens from eight countries-Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and the United States¬-met in Mexico City to sign a declaration that led to the establishment of Junior Chamber International. In the wake of the Second World War, the federation began on the premise that young people working for mutual understanding could prevent future atrocities like those seen during the war and build a better world. JCI Members soon established JCI Day as a way to commemorate that historic meeting and renew our commitment to creating positive change.

Throughout the years, JCI members have taken the opportunity of JCI Day to organize projects in their communities. Now, 66 years later, JCI members continue to serve their communities to build a better world, creating global impact.

Time to Take Action
The change to JCI Active Citizen Day this year reflects our commitment to creating positive change, and reminds others of our founder’s intentions. It helps others identify with the actions and goals of our organization and our members. I encourage you to take the opportunity of this change to renew your commitment to making a difference today. JCI members are defined by their actions, and we must show the world that we are defined as young active citizens working to make the world a better place.

For the past 22 years, I have been part of this wonderful organization and have witnessed the passion of JCI members creating positive change in their communities and around the world. JCI Active Citizen Day is not just a time to celebrate these young leaders, but to pioneer new efforts to bring about the change we desire. This year, I encourage you to take JCI Active Citizen Day to the next level. Do something in your community that other members can look back on in the future and celebrate your positive impact.

How will YOU celebrate?
What will you do for JCI Active Citizen Day this year? How will you celebrate and unite with other JCI members in your community and around the world? How will you carry on the legacy of 66 years of positive global change?

Show your JCI pride by inviting a friend to a local project. Find a new way to raise awareness for JCI Nothing But Nets. Share the JCI Mission and Vision with other young people in your community and help stir the passion that led you to join JCI. Create an event to celebrate and congratulate your members and supporters. Proudly reflect on JCI members from years past who were an integral part of creating positive change.

JCI Active Citizen Day is a day to commemorate the past, present and future of JCI. This day, we will stand up and take new steps toward building a better world.

Best regards and best wishes for a joyous JCI Active Citizen Day,

Edson A. Kodama
JCI Secretary General

NEWS : DECEMBER 10th - International Human Rights Day

Human Rights Day 2010 on 10 December recognizes the work of human rights defenders worldwide who act to end discrimination.

Acting alone or in groups within their communities, every day human rights defenders work to end discrimination by campaigning for equitable and effective laws, reporting and investigating human rights violations and supporting victims.

While some human rights defenders are internationally renowned, many remain anonymous and undertake their work often at great personal risk to themselves and their families.

10 December 2010 -- On this day in 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which has become a universal standard for defending and promoting human rights. Every year on 10 December, Human Rights Day marks the adoption of the Universal Declaration. It is celebrated around the globe that "All human beings are born with equal and inalienable rights and fundamental freedoms".

This year's commemoration highlights and promotes the achievements of human rights defenders who fight to end discrimination. Human rights defenders protest abuses of human rights, advocate for justice and seek to protect the victims of human rights violations. They demand accountability for perpetrators and transparency in government action. In so doing, they are often putting at risk their own safety, and that of their families.

Some human rights defenders are famous, but most are not. They are active in every part of the world, working alone and in groups, in local communities, in national politics and internationally.

Human Rights Day 2010 emphasises the primary responsibility governments have in enabling and protecting human rights defenders. The Day's theme “Speak up, Stop Discrimination” is also intended to inspire a new generation of defenders to speak up and take action to end discrimination in all of its forms whenever and wherever it is manifested.

International Anti-Corruption Day is a time for political leaders, governments, legal bodies and lobby groups to work together against corruption work by promoting the day and the issues that surround this event. On this day anti-corruption advocates organize events to engage the general public to effectively fight against corruption and fraud in communities. Some organizations hold special recognition ceremonies to pay tribute to people and projects that provide assistance to nations and communities in the battle against corruption.

The "Your NO Counts" campaign is a joint international campaign created by the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to mark International Anti-Corruption Day (9 December) and raise awareness about corruption and how to fight it.

The 2009 joint international campaign focuses on how corruption hinders efforts to achieve the internationally agreed upon MDGs, undermines democracy and the rule of law, leads to human rights violations, distorts markets, erodes quality of life and allows organized crime, terrorism and other threats to human security to flourish.

CROSSING THE BLUELINE : Episode 8

Lesson 1

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.' 'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.' Puff! She's gone.

Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.' Puff! He's gone.

‘OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'

Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 2

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.' So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 3

A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.' 'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story: Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..

Lesson 4

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

 Morals of the story:

(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

PROGRAMS : Nothing But Nets

Malaria is a disease caused by the blood parasite Plasmodium, which is transmitted by mosquitoes. Malaria, from the Medieval Italian words mala aria or “bad air,” causes 350 million to 500 million illnesses per year and kills more than one million people – mostly children under the age of five. Malaria is particularly devastating in Africa, where it is a leading killer of children. In fact, there are 10 new cases of malaria every second. Every 30 seconds, a child in Africa dies from a malaria infection.

Malaria is also the number one killer of refugees in Africa. Nothing But Nets™ is working closely with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to send urgently-needed insecticide-treated bed nets to more than one million refugees in 15 countries.

About Bed Nets

Studies show that use of long-lasting insecticide-treated bed nets can reduce transmission as much as 90 percent in areas with high coverage rates.

Bed nets prevent malaria transmission by creating a protective barrier against mosquitoes at night, when the vast majority of transmissions occur. Malaria-carrying mosquitoes generally bite between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. A bed net is typically hung above the center of a bed or sleeping space so that it completely covers the sleeping person. One bed net can safely last a family for about four years, thanks to a long-lasting insecticide woven into the net fabric.

A net treated with insecticide offers about twice the protection of an untreated bed net and can reduce the number of mosquitoes that enter the house and inhabit the surrounding areas. Currently, bed nets are treated with pyrethroid insecticides. These insecticides have very low levels of toxicity to humans, but are highly toxic to insects.

The nets purchased and distributed by Nothing But Nets™ are long-lasting insecticide-treated bed nets. They have been approved by the UN World Health Organization (WHO) for safety, quality, and efficacy. These standards ensure that the children and families sleeping under these bed nets won’t get sick from the insecticide woven into the fabric of the net. There are three companies that are currently producing these WHO-approved nets:
  • Vestergaard-Frandsen, a European company, produces a net called “Permanet”
  • Sumitomo Chemical, a Japanese company, produces a net called “Olyset Net”
  • BASF, a German company, produces a net called “Interceptor”

Where Are Bed Nets Produced?

Many long-lasting insecticide-treated net manufacturers produce them outside of Africa. In an effort to stimulate local economies and employment, manufacturers have begun efforts to bring the net business to the areas that need them most. One good example is Sumitomo Chemical Company. In 2003, Sumitomo granted a Tanzanian-based manufacturing company, A to Z Textiles, the right to manufacture the Olyset Net in their country. The 50/50 venture created more than 4,000 jobs and is now producing 20 million Olyset Nets per year – approximately 50 percent of global Olyset Net production. Sumitomo Chemical has also established a net sewing operation in Ethiopia. Operated by the Ethiopian textiles business Woinu Curtain Trade, the facility produces nearly three million nets per year and employs more than 300 people.  Sumitomo Chemical recently committed to establishing a Nigeria-based factory.

CROSSING THE BLUELINE : Episode 7

“LEADERS Should not carry appreciations…They should carry out the work…then the followers will follow without any disturbance. Also Leaders should educate the followers about their acts. It is not happening these days because of the good reasons Leaders Fear…Leaders suspect…Leaders want to be Leaders…Followers should be Followers… “

Now let us just go through the story below from the CBL perspective…

A Sage in his late forties and his young disciple in early twenties were passing through a jungle. As they met a river on their way, a young lady was trying to cross the river which had no bridge in the vicinity. The lady did not know swimming. After seeing the sage and his disciple, she requested the sage for his help in crossing the river.

The sage willingly offered the help wherein he lifted the lady on his back and easily swam to the other bank of the river. The disciple followed the sage with perturbed mind. After arriving on the other side of the river, the sage dropped the lady and moved on to continue his journey. The lady thanked him and took her own path. The young disciple followed the sage with heavy steps. He was wondering how his guru could lift a lady on his back so readily where both of them have renounced the world in search of higher callings.

After a while, the sage asked the disciple if there is anything bothering him. With some hesitation, the disciple put forth his doubt with due respect. The sage replied in simple words: “the whole difference is in the fact that I left the lady on the other side of the river, where she wanted to go, and you are still carrying her! The day you learn to drop things where they belong, your progress in the pursuit of truth will be faster.”

The other dimensions is WHYNOT the Sage had educated the follower before they start…so that the perturbed mind will not be there for the disciple… Most of the time this happens…

CROSSING THE BLUELINE : Episode 6

What is effective leadership - FLEDGING or PLEADGING?

Fledging is nothing but initiating and starting the process of flying by your own, flapping your well built wings. And pleadging is handing over everything in you including your wings to someone and asking them to flap YOUR wings so that those who see from the outside will be assuming and spelling the words YOU ARE FLYING SWIFT and HIGH with wings spread. As a result they admire the swift flapping of your wings.

Today the scenario makes us think that it is better to pleadge than to fledge. Individuals who are in the process of becoming leaders want to play safe or they want to get on to the top in the short and easy cut. Because to reach the top it needs competitiveness, preparation, ethical approach, diplomacy and unbiasedness. In such a turmoil who will be ready to challenge the challenge? But need is there, rather WANT is there. It is a WANT - to compromise, to prove someone - some point, to take revenge or to acquire something virtual. Who cares what is the real value or real duty to be performed when one sits on the top? They want to be on the top, They reach it by any means, They stay there for sometime and They go into inexistence.

Leadership is an art but now it has become an addiction. Also addiction to manythings make people think to become a leader. The addictions drive them to become leaders, as the leadership gives them what they want at the time they want. ADDICTION should be forseen and if the leader removes the C from it, lot of ADDITIONS to his folder will be attained. The Cs to be removed are Cowardice, Complacency, Craftiness, Closed Mind, Covering things etc. At this point let us get into one more aspect, How leaders emerge? The factors which make a leader emerge are mostly Time, Trust, Tolerance and Tactfulness.

Neverthink Time means - More time spent contributing

IT IS TIME AND NONE IS THERE, SO YOU ARE THE LEADER!

Neverthink Trust means - More trust you have acquired from the forum

IT IS TRUST YOU HAVE GOT FROM THE OWNERS!!

Neverthink Tolerance means  - More tolerance you have to serve

IT IS TOLERANCE TO THE PAIN YOU RECEIVED STANDING BENT!!!

Neverthink Tactfulness means - More Tactfully handling situations

IT IS TACTFULNESS TO SAVE YOUR FACE FROM FIRINGS!!!!

Is Leadership TAUGHT or BOUGHT?
