I left you in the last issue with an exclamation about the “leadership” - whether it is an ART or ADDICTION?!!!
It is an ART ofcourse if George S Patton’s words of wisdom are really interpreted for execution “Tell the pretty follower what to do rather how to do”.
Telling the follower what to do-Is it that much what a leader should operate?.It will be surely enough if the leader is going to make the follower a leader.But giving confidence that the leader is there physically with the follower, and if the leader vanishes all of a sudden, It is not a healthy way of leadership development...
Organization developing leaders, who work in such a fashion, is making itself open to stale attacks.Spelling Leadership & Creating virtual confidence will not be a healthy practice.
Leading-Leaving the Scene-Lodging to favorable Scene-Lining behind the Lash...The LEADERSHIP is losing.
Leaders are sometime MADE, Made leaders become MAD because of the DAM word AM.
Is leadership MADE or MAD?
