CROSSING THE BLUELINE : Episode 4

Success or Successors???
 
Got the answer, if you got it - glad. But you may be wrong. Because the answer is perspective. There are two different curves, one business and one service. Normally in a proprietory business the leaders develop their successors. Whereas in a service group the leader drives, inspires and ground works for the succeeding leader’s success. In business where a leader toils himself to build an empire in his product or concept wants his hiers to enjoy the success. But what happens when the same is applied to a Service organization? the success of the organization deteriorates.

Leaders are suppose to lead the followers towards success and let them identify themselves, their leadership ability. So that the crown play will be rhythmic. But is it good for a leader to create rythms for a so called successor who is dumb?. If a dumb is made as a successor who will sing the song? The laughter which will rise for the making of such a crown head will be the song. 

Now let us introspect on aspects of the leadership. Leader is a person who should have HIS OWN insight. He should have a Initiation to erase the mistakes of the past and build a platform for a smooth future. He should Involve with everyone who follow or made to follow. He should Implement the “BASIC PRINCIPLES” and the improvised innovations from his brain.

In recent days the word “ADHERENCE” has become void and ugly. Are we implementing the basic principles of the mission we are into? It is a question to be reflected in front of a mirror. But a person learns the beautiful word “TACKLING” when he becomes the leader.

Is the BUILDING gets respect because of the BUILDER?
or the BUILDER gets repect because of the BUILDING?
