Fledging is nothing but initiating and starting the process of flying by your own, flapping your well built wings. And pleadging is handing over everything in you including your wings to someone and asking them to flap YOUR wings so that those who see from the outside will be assuming and spelling the words YOU ARE FLYING SWIFT and HIGH with wings spread. As a result they admire the swift flapping of your wings.
Today the scenario makes us think that it is better to pleadge than to fledge. Individuals who are in the process of becoming leaders want to play safe or they want to get on to the top in the short and easy cut. Because to reach the top it needs competitiveness, preparation, ethical approach, diplomacy and unbiasedness. In such a turmoil who will be ready to challenge the challenge? But need is there, rather WANT is there.It is a WANT - to compromise, to prove someone - some point, to take revenge or to acquire something virtual. Who cares what is the real value or real duty to be performed when one sits on the top? They want to be on the top, They reach it by any means, They stay there for sometime and They go into inexistence.
Leadership is an art but now it has become an addiction. Also addiction to manythings make people think to become a leader. The addictions drive them to become leaders, as the leadership gives them what they want at the time they want. ADDICTION should be forseen and if the leader removes the C from it, lot of ADDITIONS to his folder will be attained. The Cs to be removed are Cowardice, Complacency, Craftiness, Closed Mind, Covering things etc. At this point let us get into one more aspect, How leaders emerge? The factors which make a leader emerge are mostly Time, Trust, Tolerance and Tactfulness.

Neverthink Tactfulness means - More Tactfully handling situations
IT IS TACTFULNESS TO SAVE YOUR FACE FROM FIRINGS!!!!
