CROSSING THE BLUELINE : Episode 3

We left with an interesting question on leadership, Is leadership MADE or MAD?

Hope you might have introspected on the question. Leaders are sometime MADE, Sometimes they become MAD after they are MADE...

There was different thoughts about this column, because this column is raising a lot of questions...People started giving perspective answers like this column is “Word Play”...”Ventilation of Suffucation”...”Points will not be pondered”...”Show it in action and not in words”...

Where to start was the question? Now it has started at the blueline...Actions are there...But people who read, can be of two types...One getting into action to work towards change & Second sit and read this for relaxation and only comment  “Change, otherwise change will change you”. The second category intrestingly withdraw when they become busy...!!!

What happens in today’s world...are leaders working hard to taste the glory and bring glory to the cult which they have given birth or they have been an integral part.Every where leaders talk that “The vision of the leaders should be SMART to achieve...”.Visions should be Specific-Measurable-Attainable-Realistic-Timebound...But the important fourth part REALISTIC vanishes when the fifth part “THE TIME” takes over.

In short time the leaders want to do a lot with their vision. Whether the visions of the Leader and the people around him sync? It is a million dollar question. But still the people around, run behind that vision-”Blindly”.VISION should have a purpose and longevity. Is there any synonym for the vision which is attained but prone to drop in a very short span of time?

Do the leaders plan their vision towards SUCCESS orSUCCESSORS?
